About
me
I am a licensed professional counselor in metro Atlanta. I provide telehealth services to *Florida and **South Carolina residents as well. With over 4 years of experience in psychotherapy. I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have experience with multiple levels of care such as: inpatient psychiatric treatment, intensive outpatient treatment and outpatient treatment, such as private practice.
I am dedicated to helping individuals (adolescents and adults), couples and families with issues such as, but not limited to: improving communication, mood disorders and personality disorders.
Together, we will work on utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution focused techniques to help you identify how thoughts are connected to behaviors, decision making and feelings. Through positive psychology, we will work toward goals that are tailored to your needs.
